Who can stay at the house?

Primarily patients and adult family members working with the heart failure, transplantation, and artificial heart program at the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC). URMC social workers assist with availability.

What is the cost to stay at the house?

Will be tiered based upon ability to pay.

How many rooms are available?

89 Rossiter Road has four bedrooms, each with their own private bath.

How do I make a reservation?

URMC social workers will review on a case by case basis, based upon room availability. Our goal is to support as many patients and their families as we can. New patients to the heart failure, transplantation, and artificial heart program will be directed to Harbor House by the office staff.

Where do we park when we are staying at the house?

There is NO street parking at 89 Rossister Road. Limited parking is available at the house. Additional cars must park in the Strong Memorial Hospital ramp garage.

What are the features of the house?

Full laundry (washer and dryer). Two full kitchens. Cable television. Internet access. 89 Rossiter Road is only two short blocks from the University of Rochester Medical Center.
