Our Wish List of Needs
A Rochester Community Project of Caring
Harbor House of Rochester Inc. appreciates all donations that help us create a home-away-from-home for patients and their families who must travel to upstate New York for heart failure and transplant care. Below is a wish list if items and services we are in need of currently.
As of November, 2011
"HELP! We're running low!" :
- Lysol Spray Disinfectant
- Bleach
- Paper towels and toilet paper
- Keurig – plain flavored coffee single cup
- Cereal/granola bars
- Sample size toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, lotions
- Tooth brushes, toothpaste, disposable razors – men and women’ss
- Deodorants
- Sugar's
- Clorox Bleachs
- Lysol Wipess
- Keurig "K" cups regular and de-caf coffee( change this line to add the "k" cups portions
- Hot cocoa packetss
General Household items:
- 5-6 foot step ladder
- Wooden Coat Rack
- DVD Storage Rack
- Playing cards
- DVD’s
Bed and bath items:
- Twin sheet sets ( white only please)
- Twin pads(We have 7 twin beds)
- Hand towels and wash cloths
- (white only please)
- White or cream bathmats (like towels, but thicker)
kitchen/laundry items
- Sponges
- plastic wrap
- aluminum foil
- Plastic food storage bags,
- Wax paper
- Plastic sandwich bags
- 13x9” glass baking dish
- Covered casserole dish
recurring needs:
- Bar Soap – like Dial, Lever 2000, and Dove etc.
- Toiletries (small sample sizes are best)
- Toilet paper
- Paper towels/Napkins

RECURRING NEED CLEANING PRODUCTS:
- Swiffer dry and wet sheets
- Swiffer dusters
- Lysol spray disinfectant
- Lysol or Clorox wipes
- Comet
- Window cleaner
- Dishwashing detergent (Finish Tabs preferred)
- Dishwashing liquid
- Clorox Clean-Up all purpose cleaner
- Lysol Bathroom Cleaner
- Laundry detergent/ bleach
- Fabric softener or dryer sheets
- Dry Cleaning sheets such as Woolite
- Paper towels
- Handi wipes
- Microfiber cloths
- Toilet paper
GROCERIES (needed on a regular basis):
- Keurig One cup coffee refills reg. and decaf
- Coffee/Tea– regular and decaf
- Hot cocoa mix
- Canned soups/crackers
- Individual snack packs or cereal bars
- Dry cereal like oatmeal, Cheerio’s etc.
- Juice – apple, cranberry etc.
- Frozen Dinners
- Fresh apples, bananas, grapes etc.
- Granola or cereal bars
Miscellaneous:
- Gift cards to area restaurants like Mt. Hope Diner, Elmwood Inn, Sheridan’s Pub, Chipoltle etc.
- Bathroom scales -3
