It’s the season of giving and what better way to give than with a donation to Harbor House’s Annual Appeal  in November!  Your donation will help us continue to provide affordable, comfortable and safe temporary lodging for the families of critically ill patients who need us.   The hardest thing we have to do is tell a family we have no room at the inn for them.   While we accommodate as many families as we can, we are likely to turn away 70 families in 2024 because of full occupancy.   We charge just $30 a night and have not changed our rates since Harbor House opened in 2009.  And while we are not yet ready to expand Harbor House, your support will help strengthen our organization financially as we begin exploring avenues for future growth.   To give you can go to https://www.harborhouseofrochester.org/make-a-donation/ or send a check payable to:  Harbor House of Rochester, 89 Rossiter Rd., Rochester, NY 14620.  Remember: any donation amount will help us in ways beyond measure, and as one guest suggested, add to the “galaxy of stars” that brightens our home away from home!
