Renowned URMC cardiologist/heart surgeon Dr. Leway Chen will present new best practices for heart disease treatment and prevention leading to a more heart-healthy future for all of us.   There will be a Q&A with Dr. Chen as well as inspiring stories of resilience from two successful local heart transplant recipients Tom Arcara and Gary Acker (also founding members of Harbor House), 20 and 25 years, respectively, after their life-changing surgeries!  Plus, we’ll be giving a sneak preview of a unique new publication from Harbor House Executive Director Lawrence Jones to help caregivers of patients receiving critical care in the hospital.
