2022 will be known as the year of home improvements at Harbor House! We began the year adding spray foam insulation throughout the house. This was shortly followed with mold remediation and and the installation of new furnaces and air conditioners. In the Spring, along with our lawn cleanup we had volunteers help resurface the landscape. Early that summer we had new carpet installed in the basement and began painting throughout the house. As summer continued, we stained the fence, ungraded our rain water removal system, sealed the driveway, painted new lines on the driveway and installed a new bike rack.

We need to thank all the volunteers, donors, and contractors who made this work happen. We want to give a special shout out to Nichol’s Construction Team who donated the basement carpet along with the install, LiDestri Foods who covered the cost of the the paint and stain, and the University of Rochester Advancement Team who were willing to work through pouring rain to get the landscape resurfaced.
