Harbor House will be presenting a special kick-off event to celebrate American Heart Month and the global fight to prevent heart disease on Sunday, February 2 from 3 to 4:30 pm at The Wintergarden at Brickstone by St. John’s located at 1325 Elmwood Avenue in Brighton.  This year, we’re excited to be collaborating with the Rochester Office of the American Heart Association to raise community awareness of recent advances in treatment options and ways we can all foster a more heart-healthy lifestyle.   Dr. Leway Chen, Director of URMC’s Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Program will be our featured speaker, and we’ll have some special guests with heart-warming stories to share!  For details about this event, please contact Harbor House at: 585-473-1779 or email:  info@harborhouserochester.org.
